Happy Wednesday! Let’s get into this Pokey Okey bowl. The sweet and charred flavour of unagi makes it one of my favourite Japanese ingredients of all time! 

All I have to say is that Pokey Okey’s Dragon Bowl is so well done! With a generous amount of unagi, ikura, microgreens, pickled cucumbers and hot green tea, this combo is all worth the $32. The slight sweetness from the cucumber is an interesting combination that I really enjoyed! I got this for the drive to Whistler and it was absolutely perfect for the car.
